Enrolment from a won deal
A won opportunity becomes an enrolment with its own reference number, snapshotting the agreed fee so a later price change never rewrites history.
Instalment plans
Build a schedule — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or custom, up to sixty instalments, with an optional down payment. Month-end dates are handled correctly.
Revise a plan without losing money
Change a customer’s plan mid-course and the money already paid carries forward: allocations are re-pointed and paid instalments are protected. A revision that would orphan a paid instalment is refused.
Payments that reconcile exactly
Each payment is allocated across instalments and must sum exactly — the arithmetic is done in decimal, never floating point. A payment is voided and reversed, never deleted.
Outstanding you can trust
Balances are computed live from non-voided payments rather than stored in a column that can drift, and overdue is derived from real dates in your organization’s timezone.

Four financial reports covering enrolment value, collection, outstanding and revenue recognition, each exportable to CSV.
