This policy explains how MAVENNEXUS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED uses cookies and similar browser storage on the XOARO website and in the XOARO application.

1. This Website

This marketing website does not run advertising networks, analytics products, social media pixels or any other third-party tracking script. It sets no cookie for advertising or measurement, and it does not build a profile of visitors across sites.

Because no optional tracking is used, this site shows no cookie-consent banner. A banner that asked for consent we do not need would be misleading.

2. The XOARO Application

The signed-in product uses browser storage that is strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Authentication — a token that keeps you signed in between page loads. Without it you would be signed out on every navigation.
  • Interface preferences — small values such as a saved view or a column layout, so the product opens the way you left it.

These are not used for advertising, are not shared with third parties, and are not used to track you across other websites.

3. Third-Party Services

Where your organisation connects an integration — for example Google or Meta — that provider may set its own cookies on its own domain during the sign-in flow it controls. Those cookies are governed by that provider’s policies, not this one. XOARO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of those providers.

4. Your Choices

Browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking the strictly necessary storage described in section 2 will prevent you from staying signed in to the application. Blocking storage on this marketing website has no effect on how it works.

5. If This Changes

If XOARO ever adds analytics or any other optional tracking, this page will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented before that tracking runs. The date above will change.
